Mother of Amber Dubois Meets with Gardner

San Diego, CA- Carrie McGonigle, mother of Amber Dubois, met with rapist/murderer John Gardner for 30 minutes. Gardner is the piece of $#!+ who raped and murdered Amber Dubois, age 14 on Feb. 13th, 2009 and Chelsea King, age 17, on Feb. 25th.

Anyway, McGonigle needed peace of mind and closer. She had questions she had to get off her chest at Gardner, and finally, after weeks, she got to face him.

“Carrie says she is satisfied with the answers to her questions she asked face to face,” family spokesman Tommy Sablan said in an e-mail statement to The San Diego Union-Tribune.

He is scheduled to be sentenced this Friday to life in prison without the possibility for parole.

Woman Goes on Stabbing Spree at Target in CA

West Hollywood, CA- A woman at Target was running around the cosmetic section, dual-wielding knives, randomly stabbing shoppers. Layla Trawick, 34, had stabbed four people, including a woman holding a baby.

Off duty deputy Clay Grant, Jr. ran towards the sounds of screaming shoppers and identified himself to Trawick, armed with his firearm. Layla took off running and Grant persued. Finally, Trawick dropped her knives and Grant was able to place handcuffs on her.

The woman holding the baby was stabbed in the neck, but will survive. The other four victims will survive too. According to bystanders, Trawick was screaming at the top of her voice...something about a witness protection program. Officials also said that Grant's off duty clothes, which included camoflauged pants, caused some shoppers to think Grant was the shooter.

Trawick is held on $1 Million bail; investigators are trying to figure out if she got the knives at the store.
